Through plenary sessions and focused panel discussions, the conference will critically examine the evolution of equality rights under the Charter. During plenary sessions, Charter experts Raj Anand, Joseph Arvay, and Fay Faraday will provide contrasting perspectives on the critical trends and pressing issues that will shape the next decades of the Charter.
This year’s conference coincides with the launch of the Roy McMurtry Visiting Clinical Fellowship at Osgoode Hall Law School, which welcomes distinguished lawyers and inaugural fellows Joe Arvay, Raj Anand, and Fay Faraday.
