Stella is the National Chair of the Black Law Students’ Association of Canada. She is in her final year of law school at Queen’s University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Alberta in 2015. Stella has actively worked to advance BLSA Canada’s mandate, both within her law school community, and within her previous role as an executive member of BLSA Canada. At Queen’s, Stella is a student ambassador and serves on the Provost’s Advisory Committee on Teaching & Learning as a representative of the Society of Graduate and Professional Students. Stella is excited to celebrate diversity in the legal profession and is eager to support the growth BLSA Canada as it enters its 27th year.
