Please find below BLSA Canada's official statement in support of the landmark decision of Joseph-Christopher Luamba v Attorney General of Quebec et al, 2022 QCCS 3866, in which the Superior Court of Québec held that the police practice of motor vehicle stops without cause violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
